Engine will not start
I was getting ready to do some welding on the RV. I shut off the switches in the last bay and the switch under the chassis batteries.
I did not weld anything on the RV. I reset the switches and my engine would not start. I shut off the salesman switch and then turned it back on and it started.
I am getting an ABS fault and the transmission panel does not light up.
Now the engine is not starting again and the transmission is still not lighting up.
Again I did not weld anything.
Not sure what to look for.

My first thought on engine not starting is chassis batteries.
When you say engine will not start do you mean it will not turn over or it turns over fine and will not start up?
Are you plugged into shore power or have your generator running?
If you don’t think you have enough chassis battery power you can try battery boost switch while try to crank the engine.
Our coaches could be different. I have two switches near chassis batteries in the last bay on the passenger side. If all was working good until you turned these off and then on I would try these again.

Turn the chassis switches off and back on hard to make sure they make contact. The chassis battery switches are located where they get road grime thrown up on them, worse if you drive in the rain. Better yet, if you spray clean them with contact cleaner.

So it sounds like you are getting ignition and the cluster lights up? But the engine won't crank? Put a voltmeter across your chassis batteries. Or you could use the onan EC-30 over the door to see the chassis battery voltage but it is not as accurate.
As Chuck suggested check the connections around the yellow handled Buss breakers in the Spartan service center. The breakers themselves should be waterproof but corrosion on the connections is common.

BTW I have a 17 Aspire.
I have 13 volts chassis batteries
I checked voltage going into and out of the breakers and it is good.
Fuses looked good. I will check them with a meter when I go back outside.
BTW the RV is on ramps, I'm pretty sure that can't be causing this

Even if you measure 13v at any point in the circuit, you could still have a high resistance connection somewhere and the voltage won't drop until it's under load.
It is a two person job, but try and measure your voltages with someone turning the key to the start position. Follow it all the way to the starter. If voltage is still good at the starter, something is up with it.

Thanks, but that doesn't answer why my transmission display does not light up

The ignition switch which closes the ignition solenoid is what supplies the Allison ECU. And, yes, without that it won't start/won't engage the starter.

If you checked battery voltage across the terminals check from the positive terminal to ground, that will show the voltage the chassis has to operate.

I hooked up to diagnostic and cleared all the codes.
The only one that came back was
SPN 191 FMI9
Transmission output shaft speed.
The engine is still not turning over and still no lights on the transmission display

With the Allison shift pad not lit up you won't be able to turn the engine over .
You need to check every chassis fuse , to find out why the shift pad isn't powered up.
Were you close to the chassis batteries ?
If you were ; check for a small wire , either loose or disconnected .

Do you have info from Spartan on chassis fuse box diagrams ?
I'd say call Spartan again and ask for wiring schematics for your chassis ; I have some Spartan info but the newest is for 2005 .
