Entegra 2015 Upgrades will be available for purchase

I spoke with Jacob in CS yesterday, we go back to the TS days and he has helped me a lot. There was a list of 2015 changes posted here, but I can't find it to re-post. I have it saved in Word if it's needed.

Entegra is still tight lipped except through dealers of what is being changed on the 2015. I did ask him if upgrade items, such as the Fantastic Fan wood vent covers, etc. will be available for purchase .... they will be, but only through an Entegra dealer. From other items I have seen posted, Entegra's and the dealers markup on upgrades may not be the way to go, but they will be available.

Chuck, Lazydays made our fantastic fan wood vent covers. They hinge down so you can access the fans. I believe they were $140 each. Noel

Thanks Noel. There are 1.3 pages of new additions to the Anthem and there are probably a lot if items that will be less expensive elsewhere. Nice to know that they will sell to owners of older models to let us upgrade though.

I have a trim carpenter that is going to do my fan covers for me for cost of materials, but he owes me as I let him use a commercial garage for free.

Hard for me to envision what wood covers on the vents would look like as I can see 16 in my living and kitchen area...that seems like a little much for individual wood covers. Just sayin'

In addition the the fan covers there are 22 additional interior items that will be added to the 2015 models. Many of the items can be added to older models.

I know one of them, at least on the 44dlq, will be the medicine cabinet similar to the one Gene&ann and we had added. Noel

There is one thing I'd pay for...double. The dual control panel and separate control of day and night shades. I'll bet I'd have about 500 partners that would do the same!

Dave I know you would have at least one, us, although Firefly did separate ours and while not individual we can at least operate them by section. Noel

I did talk to Jacob about the individual shade controls...his answer was "maybe" some newer models could be programed, but the older models would take new wiring and could not be done with out a major wiring job.

He thought on my late 2014 that the sun shades would be the complete side, but the night shades "might" be individual. Another one of those, I won't know until it gets here, but it is possible it might be able to be programed by Firefly. I know I would be one of the 500 partners.

My Anthem44B left assembly this week and is at Precision Paint for the next couple weeks. Hopefully some of those 2015 goodies will end up on mine. With the very cold weather this month I am more than happy to let them take their time to do a good job.

"Sister" 44Bs

My Anthem 44B reached Precision last Thursday and is in prep this week. Hopefully the weather will clear up soon for all of us.
