I considered purchasing an Accloade XL. A new one would have been within my price range as well. However, I chose to purchase a 2 year old Aspire for about the same price point instead for the following reasons. - I wanted to get away from the engine noise. While the Accolade might not be as loud as a Clas A gasser it would still bother me.
- Still has a partial spring suspension. It's basically a truck.
- I really did not like the floor plans. In particular the TV placement and available kitchen counter space was awkward.
- Bathroom seamed cramped.
- Less available storage space. While I do not over pack and I could have fit my usual stuff, it is much nicer that I do not need to totally unload a basement compartment because something gets buried.
