As I suspect you know, the Entegra Accolade is very similar to the Jayco Seneca. The Seneca has been around longer than the Accolade, and there are a bunch of them on the road.
It's possible you have a problem no one else has experienced, but I'm thinking that's unlikely. If you haven't already, I'd contact both Entegra Customer Service and Jayco Customer Service. The relevant Entegra customer service number for Accolade owners should be in your owner's manual and/or other documentation that came with the coach. Jayco's posted number for "Owner Relations" is 800-283-8267.
