On our coach, putting knives into the silverware drawer too cavalierly (e.g. dopping them into the drawer), will trigger the alarm every time. Also, was parked beside a buddy of mine under a tree with falling chestnuts which sounded like some kid throwing stones as our coaches, and his alarm went off twice while he was away. Finally, did not set alarm and just locked his doors with keys without locking and setting alarms to avoid the false triggering.

Gary - hope you can show me at Hilton Head! I don't quite get it :-(. Lynn

If you turn on dip sw 6 on the controller the alarm goes into 2nd press mode which means hit lock once to lock and hit again to arm the alarm. This does not apply to the keypad but should work for the over the bed switches and does work for the FOB's. The controller is under the dash panel in front of the pass seat.

Speaking of over the bed switches, mine light up when you press them but that is it. No lock; no unlock. I have read everything I can find anything about how they are supposed to work or what to do if they don't. Any one have insight on this?

Thanks!
