I would love to hear from someone who has made the switch. It will be very tight spacewise, so I am reluctant to be the first to try it.

Do you know the make/model of your counter-top unit? It sounds pretty awesome and like it would be a great way to "get our feet wet" with induction cooking. You know... so we know what to order on our new coach when he!! freezes over and we can afford it, LOL!
