Hey Stew, yeah I noticed that you show up in multiple locations on the App "locations" screen - I was going to ask you how you managed the trick of being at more than one place at the same time!
I have had some issues getting it to update as well. When I hit the "update location" button a dialog pops up saying that "your location was updated". Do you get that? Even so, if I do that from the "maps & locations" screen it doesn't actually seem to update my location with the silver pin, even though I do see the blue dot representing where I actually am.
One thing that seemed to help for me was to back out as far as the login screen (but don't sign out) which also has an "update location" button - that one for some reason seems to actually move my silver pin to where I am.
If that doesn't work try to sign out of the app then sign back in. If no luck there maybe reinstalling it would help.
Another thing we have found to be a big help with GPS location related issues (such as Google Maps, Google +, etc.), is a free app called "
GPS Status & Tools" by MobiWIA. After installing the app go to the menu and select "Tools", then "Manage A-GPS State". Do the Reset and Download procedure described which clears out the GPS cache. This usually works for us no matter what app is misbehaving in regard to showing our actual location. The app also presents some useful info about your phone sensors as well as the GPS status.
BTW our phones are HTC One (Droid DNA). Don't know what you have but it's possible the Entegra app doesn't like your phone in which case I would try and contact the developer (EntegraCoachMobile@gmail.com)

PS we are over at Shipshewana south for tonight, and have an appointment at Entegra tomorrow (Thursday) morning to get our jacks and other stuff fixed. Our rear end whine is GONE and our squirrely steering is 1000% better.
