Entegra coach question

Bill, how do you like your Entegra coach?? Did you get taken care of on the items everyone has when they buy a new coach?? I plan on doing a factory tour this fall when I am next in that area. Can you suggest one dealer over another in terms of getting the best deal?? I plan to judge Entegra Aspire against a Dutch Star.

I've been doing the same thing, but so far I'll go with a DSDP again.

George I have nothing but positive things to say about the folks at Entegra Coach. All of our issues were handled. We looked at several manufacturers but chose Entegra Coach and we couldn't be happier. I have not seen a negative comment about customer service. They have in my view exceeded normal expectations and are totally committed to customer satisfaction and that's the way it should be when you are spending that kind of money. I priced coaches at several dealers including most of those mentioned on these threads. We bought strictly based on price. We have no dealers near us in Newfoundland in Eastern Canada so the convenience of service support near home by the selling dealer was not a consideration for us. We did several months of hard negotiating and in the end we bought from RV Direct and picked up our coach at RV One in Orlando. RV Direct was more than $4,000 cheaper than the next best price and I found Robin McCracken to be very knowledgable and patient with this inexperienced (Class A wise) RV'er. I also several times contacted the manufacturer with various qusetions and found them to be quite prompt and very helpful. Based on my personal experience I would highly recommend Entegra Coach to anyone looking to buy a Class A. I will post a separate reply here talking about my experience regarding in-floor heating. This is an example of why I think these guys are great.

George, Example of Entegra's committment to customer satisfaction:
I am sure I have mentioned this somewhere here but when we ordered our Anthem we ordered it with a "delete carpet and replace it with porelain tile" in the bedroom. We had thought there would be in floor heating in the bedroom but when we picked up our coacch and drove it home to our colder climate we quickly discovered it did not. We had to use furnace or heat pump. Anyway we were somewhat disapppointed and I called Joyce Skinner at customer service with Entegra. I then found out that Entegra Coach did not (at that time) install in floor heating in the bedroom on any of their coaches. Bottom line result though is that they said that if that's what we thought we were getting then they would find a way to make it right and get the in-floor heating put in the bedroom for us. We are going back in July and they are going to do the install at no cost to us. When I first became aware of the issue I thought we would have a long and possibly non productive battle on our hands but it was not to be. They were totally supportive and they have me hooked.
