TMC is owned by Thor Industries, but not run by the holding company at all. So is Airstream, and about 30 others....including Jayco/Entegra Coach. Each company runs its own business plan. TI doesn't exercise control over TMC, though perhaps they should.

Yes, it is. So is Airstream, K-Z and a number of other companies. Thor leaves them run independently, which is why Thor Industries' acquisition of Jayco isn't affecting them other than who gets to keep the profits. I was just covering the Elkhart Open House (dealer show - not a public event) and have to say that Entegra is looking as good as ever and the only changes are the upgrades, new floor plans and improvements that happen every year.
Oops - typed my reply about the same time as Pat

I learned how much I like my Anthem a couple months ago. I priced trading it on a leftover 16 Cornerstone.
I obviously knew and expected the numbers to reflect the difference in price between the Anthem and Cornerstone, and the fact that mine is a 15.
However, I was not prepared for the value they put on my coach. I am very glad the wife and I like our coach, cuz we will be keeping it a while.

I know what your saying... it's sad that these such beautiful built motorhomes keep plumithing in value... I just don't get it...compared to the rest of the manufacturers especially... I see like 5 / 6 year old Fleetwoods selling for more....
I love my anthem also but this will be bad when it's time update

Boyd, I suspect on the 2016 Cornerstone they were selling it with little mark up. When dealers do not make their normal profit on the new coach they always lowball the trade.
