For the person the mentioned he would cross Entegra off his purchase list, big mistake. Other manufactures have much bigger problems than the chairs that come with a Cornerstone. Many owners have changed to better chairs when their coaches were new, or upgraded to a dinette, as we did.
I have been in a Dutch Stars where all the upholstery was peeling, not just the Dinette seats. I guess I am happy I lucked into buying a coach with the Dinette booth.

To our surprise, the supplied main dining room chairs started peeling and cracking. It's so severe that when you sit in them the pieces of fake leather would stick to your clothing once you stood up. We kept finding flakes everywhere. Obviously some of the cheapest "Faux" Leather was used in their construction. A real eye sore.

We reviewed the advertisement that Entegra Coach has on their website, whereas they clearly advertise that "ALL" furniture is 100% villa italian leather. We contacted Samantha Ballard at Entegra Customer service. First she asked us to contact Villa Direct. The number she supplied was not being monitored because after 5 calls, there was no anwer or answering service. We contacted her again and she then asked for pictures. Next she wanted manufacturers tags.

Now..... After the run around, she has informed us that the chairs are not manufactured by Villa and that Entegra does not consider the dining area chairs as "Furniture". Hence, they are not leather as advertised. Just to be clear, these are not the additional fold up chairs that Entegra supplies, they are the center piece of the dining area. She went on to tell us that since our coach is not under warantee, there was nothing further they could do.

I thought truth in advertising was timeless???

Seems that Entegra's High level of customer service ends with the warantee.

Anyways,

1) Does anyone have a recommendation as to a quality company that can recover these two chairs with "real " Leather?

2) To those considering A new coach, be mindful of Entegra's Advertising.
We just put seat covers on ours. On another note, my passenger seat, which is real leather is wearing on the piping and just below. Very disappointing

In and out of warranty chair issues with Entegra

The covering on our free standing chairs also failed four years in. In our case, the chairs were upholstered rather than leather. We purchased nice looking covers for them and eventually replaced them with chairs purchased from a furniture store. The material wasn't an exact match, but they worked with the interior decor of our coach and were comfortable, and that was what mattered to us. Entegra was not interested in working with us to have the chairs repaired or replaced as this was after our warranty had expired.

However, during one of our earlier warranty visits to the factory, we pointed out that one of these chairs was very poorly made with insufficient padding and poorly attached material. Entegra took offense with the manufacturer, not with us, brought someone in from the manufacturer to take a look (that person was embarassed by the lack of quality as well), and Entegra made sure the chair was replaced, not repaired.

The leather in our cockpit and couch Villa furniture has held up well.

Ok, I get that many owners are satisfied with the “quality” of their entegra coach. My remarks are primarily addressing the customer service, or lack of. Yes, many, if not all owners of any coach consistently complain about the pealing of the “leather “ of their upholstery. Two points. One, you would think that the manufacturer of any high dollar coach would use appropriate materials for their upholstery. Car manufacturers have been doing this for many years. What do think would happen if your Lexus, Cadillac, bmw, Mercedes, etc. seats did this. These coaches cost way more than these cars do. Secondly, to be blow off be “customer service “ like the poster stated , shows no respect for the product or the owner of that product.
That was the intention of my post. I would think that for the price you should not have to repair or replace a product that should last longer that a few years.
I really wish that someone would make a coach that uses leather for the upholstery, wood for the cabinets, quality electronics properly wired, etc. for a reasonable price. I know I would be first in line to buy.

Our 2022 Anthem 44B has actual leather Villa Furniture and is very nice indeed. Our 2021 Aspire 44F had ultra-leather Villa furniture that held up really really well with ZERO issues, other than being fake leather (but of very high quality).

However, what I noticed when we were in the market for a new coach recently, was that the newer NEWMAR Dutch Star models had terrible marine-grade plastic material furniture (a big step down from our Villa furniture). It was a massive let down and that's one of the main reasons we crossed the DS off our list. We were in the market for an Essex at one point and the 2019's and 2020 Essex coaches from Newmar had the same ultra-leather matierial Villa furniture that our 2021 Aspire had.

Also noticed some serious fit and finish issues with the Newmar products of new. It was obvious to me that Entegra was making the better coach, at least at this level.
