The Rv was in the shop for three weeks and we came to find out that they had not even looked at it yet. We had travel plans so we took it out and rescheduled for repairs on Nov 9, 2021. After two months in the shop this time, they still have not performed most of the repairs and are claiming that they are waiting on parts or specialists, and not able to give any ETA for repair completion.

Blis Sytem Failure - No idea when the will get a technician to look at
Slide out seal not complete (gap) - parts on order
Shower door does not seal properly - Need technician to inspect
Sliding door rubbing in bathroom - awaiting parts
Broken wood framing in forward electrical bay - waiting on cabinet shop

So can anyone give me some advice? Should I pull it again and find another dealer, should I schedule repairs at the factory, or do I need to be patient longer?

Certainly an extraordinary amount of time required for repairs.

I am confident the problem is with the service center and not Entegra.

I have a 20 cornerstone and I have the same issue with the shower. I have been to the factory to fix it in middlebury indiana. Set an appointment at factory and you can get it fixed in about a week. Mine had to completely take the pan out and re position the pan and whole shower. Also they do a final warranty run thru at the factory to fix all issues that goes quite well. I’ve had several problems but hey that’s new coaches. Had to replace slide motor on super slide and ride height sensor on chassis. Those are the major issues everything else was little. But factory can knock it out quick. Remember they are 4 months out though and you have to account for weather in Indiana being im from Texas. Other than that I like going to the factory, if I need something quickly national indoor rv center or NIRVC has been really great experience in Lewisville Texas, they have other places as well.

I'm not sure who told me non truths more Orlando RV or lazy days. Really sad to. They have good locations. Won't be long until a good honest dealer franchise get opened in south Fl Jmho..

Lazy Days service stunk long before Covid. If you can wait, make an appointment in Middlebury, they will take good care of you and your coach. Pay a little extra for them to do an AIR inspection and they'll uncover more issues and repair under warranty. NIRVC has been great to me, they also will start on your coach the day you have an appointment and quickly get done unless there are parts needed; then they're at the mercy of others.

I Purchased my 2019 Anthem from LD. I scheduled service and arrived on time. They kept it two months. When I questioned the delay they said they were actively working on it. Six weeks later I traveled to Tampa to view their progress, there was little if any. They made excuses and I picked it up slightly more than two months after leaving it. Made an appointment at the factory and serviced as promised doing an excellent job.

When I bought my 2015 Aspire at LD Tampa you became a member of the Crown Club (maybe LD no longer has CC). CC entitled you to stay in your RV for free at the CC campground waiting area. I stayed there 7 weeks waiting parts and repairs for free. I also had free food everyday in the club. LD completed the repairs.
I then took advantage of Entegra's 2yr warranty walk through and took the coach to the factory for any other repairs. I didn't have any other issues after that. Had to sell the Entegra a few years later due to some other life situations. Entegra was a great coach. I now have a class A Outlaw toy hauler. I would recommend you go to the factory for repairs.
