Entegra Customer Service is Outstanding

Continue to be very pleased with the outstanding customer service from Entegra. Had a minor issue with the lights in our new Aspire 42RBQ. Talked to Bob in customer service and within a few days have LED bulbs on my door step to change out the entire coach (didn't realize there could be so many lights in an RV). One of the LED pucks broke in shipping. Talked to Jacob in CS and yesterday a box measuring 16x12x4 shows up from Entegra. Puzzled I open it to find a mountain of packing material and one little LED puck. I guess they were making sure this one arrived intact. Their speed of service is second to none.
