Entegra Customer Service is Top of Class
A week ago I was driving the coach through rain for the first time. After about 30 minutes of wiper use the driver side wiper went off the windshield and stayed against the mirror. The arm was not installed tight enough on the shaft. I routinely use Rain X and it did not present a problem. I called CS and told Jeremy and he promptly shipped me a new arm and sent an email with installation instructions. Entegra increased the installation torque from 55 to 65 pound feet.
The next day the key fobs and the bedroom door lock quit working. I tried to "train" the switches according to the Tri-Mark instructions with no response from the module located under the faux wood tray on the passenger side of the dash. I called CS and talked to Don and he shipped me a new module which I installed, and cured the problem.
While this was going on I decided to subscribe to Sirius XM and discovered that the radio did not get a signal from the antenna. Again called Don and after a little trouble shooting he shipped me a new antenna, which fixed the problem.
Since all of these issues were relatively easy fixes I decided to do the work myself instead of takeing the coach to a RV repair facility. CS did not have any issues with this and in a matter of 7 working days all issues were fixed.
Entegra customer service is the real deal! I'm impressed and very pleased that I own an Entegra.
