Entegra Deliveries

WooHoo Our coach arrived at Orlando RV today. 10 days earlier than the date ID'd to come off the line and about 15 days earlier than expected in FL.

There's been a lot of discussion concerning the factory being behind. Maybe they have increased production rates, and of course, they close down during XMas weak, but our XMas wis for all of you who have coaches on order, is that this is an indication that you'll be on time or early.

Even though it now creates a lot of turmoil in how, or do, we adjust...this makes it a perfect day. Thanks, Entegra

FYI Entegra isn't closing down during the holidays. They will be closed on Christmas and NY day. Not sure what the production workforce is scheduled but the customer service is open.
My coach is going in for warranty work thru the holiday period and they were happy to "have something to work on".

Ours is at Orlando RV also, picking it up with walkthrough scheduled friday morning. Got to drop off satellite. Recievers in the morning.

If I remember, your adding the traveller antenna. If you don't mind, could you PM who did you buy the antenna from, what service do you plan to use, what receiver did you choose, and how much is the dealer asking to install it.

Tx and have a wonderful drive back to OK. Have to ask...are you going to use that new coach to tailgate the Cowboys bowl game?

I think that says something about their quality.

Something struck me a while back while visiting Entegra. I wish I had three photos to illustrate it. One particular manufacturer had approximately 100 full hookup sites at their repair center, all of which were filled, plus some extra dry camped spots while owners were waiting to get in line for warranty work and service. Their waiting lobby was full of RVers. When I went to American Coach I saw a lobby occupied by only a handfull of customers who were getting service and the campsites maybe had about 16 motorhomes parked in it, of which some were factory deliveries that were going through their 3 day PDI. When I went to Entegra and took a look in their customer waiting area they didn't even bother to turn the lights on. It reminded me of the Maytag repairman.

I wish I had taken three photos of that. Like they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.
