Entegra Esteem Class C
Going to take possession of a 2019 31L soon. Feels like I'm in no man's land. Entegra owners want to distance themselves from "cheap" Entegras and the Jayco folks dont want to acknowledge the step child.
End of the day, dont really care what name is printed on the rig, it has the features im looking for and a local dealer that will deal.
Dont suppose beyond the general PDI info that's out on the interwebs, anyone took delivery of an asteem and has specific things I should look at?

Congratulations! Hope you have miles and miles of smiles
Current Entegra owners aren't "distancing" because of cheap .... the class C's that Entegra/Jayco are producing are quite different motorhomes. The systems are not the same as the Entegra diesel pushers that we all have. For the most part, we can't help with those systems. Again, congratulations on your new coach.

Welcome to iRV2.com and Congrats on the purchase of your new coach. As Debbie said, owners of EC DPs are not "distance themselves" from you, but rather simply don't have much in common with Class C coaches other than the name. I suspect you will find more helpful info in the Class C forum, the Jayco owners forum, and the Ford chassis forum, all 3 are here on iRV2.com.
Best wishes and safe travels enjoying your new toy.

There have been a couple of other posts from folks with the smaller Entegras. Did you try doing a search? Before this forum existed we too had to dig through a lot of posts from other models in order to find info for our coaches and relied a lot on folks owning Travel Supremes - which is our ancestor. Congratulations on your new coach. I would expect to see more postings here from class c owners as the year progresses. In the meantime, welcome to the family. We hope your new coach gives you years of happy travel.

Entegra Esteem class C
Hang in there, there just are not many out there yet. If you will keep posting on here others will see it and join in, might take a little time has you have one of the first of a new breed. We won’t be of much help but some tips are common across the line(resetting things or rebooting to fix many problems etc). Welcome to the Entegra family and don’t be a stranger, share your experiences, good and bad and you will have both! All JMHO

Yes I've searched, hard to find much info in general for Entegra class C's!
Coming from a Lance, perhaps I'm expecting more but the quality is just 'ok'. Didn't find any major issues with the PDI, but general fit and finish isn't that impressive.
Anywho, I'm guessing you will see much more activity from the class C guys. The strategy of Jayco adding class C's to Entegra dealers and expanding dealers to sell the same product as a Greyhawk but with a different name will only help with sales.

FWIW, your Esteem looks VERY similar to the Jayco Seneca...I'd look for posts on the Jayco forum for threads that mention the Seneca, IMHO, a very nice Jayco Class C for a number of years.
As to Customer Service, I'd talk to Joyce at Entegra and ask her where the best Customer Service contact point will be in Middlebury. My guesses it just isn't clear who will service the Entegra Class C line. JMHO

The Seneca is diesel on Freightliner chassis. Esteem is basically Jayco Greyhawk on Ford chassis. A search on Greyhawk would be best. The Jayco motorized service is in the same area as Entegra Service at the factory.

Congratulations and enjoy. We are likely downsizing to a 33' diesel. So many places have 30-35' limits.

When I spoke with Joyce in April, she indicated the CS for the smaller Entegras will be handled by people in the same room that field our calls.
