Entegra Esteem has something trying to "poke up through bedroom floor"

I'm not hopeful anyone else has seen this OR knows what it might be... but, figured I would toss it out there.

2019 Entegra Esteem 30X with 21,000 miles. We are original owners. Just noticed on last trip that there is a circle slightly smaller than a dime coming up in the floor in the rear bedroom. Imagine what vinyl floor would look like if someone stacked 2-3 dimes under the vinyl as it was being put down. We have never noticed it before, so this is something that just started to appear. Exact location is about 4 ft from rear of coach and about 2-3 ft in from right side. It is NOT located where the jacks are (wife was worried it had something to do with the jacks). I have not yet crawled under it.

Sounds like a nail or screw backing out of the wood
