We let Entegra Factory do inspection and touch-up roof sealant as needed until the 2 yr warranty period was up. Partially because if any other roof issues were noted when they inspected roof for us, it would be under warranty. Sealant inspection and any sealant touch up material costs were non-warranty expense we paid which was customary and agreeable to us.
But year 3 we paid Paul’s RV (Wakarusa, IN) to inspect the roof, prep, and apply Eternabond Tape to all roof seam areas. The cost was very reasonable and workmanship was just fine. It makes it pretty much “one and done” for those seams.
Brobox may have additional info, and if I recall, said he applied Eternabond Tape over the top of (not removing, just adding second layer of protection with the tape) existing factory seam sealants? And that seemed like sound advice which we had Paul’s do..apply Eternabond over the top of existing factory roof sealant seams. It has held up very well. Thanks again for that tip, Chuck
There are threads on this forum with pix for other Entegra coach owners who DYI Eternabond Tape roof seams, too.
