Entegra Fulltimers

We recently put our home on the market and started living in our coach.

I would like to know who else (on this forum) might be living in their Entegra Coach.

17 months now...

As I've told others, the key is fixing what you can, living with the little things until you can get to a place that has the skill to fix what you can't, and a strong, positive relationship with Customer Service on the big things.

Beyond that, it is all good for us. I tend to be a planner this year as the where we go has a lot of popularity, because I want to make sure we have a spot.

Dave,

From your previous posts I did have a sense that you and your DW were living in the coach.

From your discussions are there any other Entegra Fulltimers on this forum?

I'd say that less than 10% of the folks that post on the iRV2 Entegra forum are full timers based upon the folks I've met at the rallies and at Tampa. I'd say there are a larger percentage that spend over four to six months a year on their coach...maybe as much as 40-50%.

There are several that use the coach in their business travel, a slightly different use, but they put the miles on.

You seem to have something buzzing around up in the noggin that causes you pause about full timing. PM me if you have questions. As we both come from similar backgrounds as military folks, maybe I can help.

Thanks for the info Dave -- not having any concerns at all -- just like to know others that have decided to live in their Entegra.

As soon as we take delivery on our Anthem, and sell the house, we will officially be full timers.

Curt,

You are my hero!!!! That's awesome!! We can't wait to full-time. We have to wait till May 2016. The clock is ticking. We are making preparations now. Garage sales, met with realtor, spoke to the town and got my home tax assessment reduced and just maintaining what I have; no new projects. I tend to get into large build projects around the house.

We have a trip planned down South that will take us through Raleigh, if you are around, I'll stop and meet you. If not, our paths may cross over the summer.

Currently, we are travelers as Dave stated below. Oh, Dave and Beth, you are our heroes too and so are Whitewater18, loisjop and other full timers before us. ;o)

We have been fulltiming since 1995. Still in fulltime status in the new Entegra. Much more comfortable than previous RVs. Of course, during the last 20 years, there have been a lot of improvements in the RVs. Planning on fulltiming until we can no longer do it.

We are working in that direction. This week our kids are moving out of our S&B. The painters and carpet layers are contracted to get ready for sale by the end of June. We are very excited. Can't put it I words.

Curt,

DH and I are less than 2 weeks away from living full time in our 2014 Aspire. S& B is sold, we are in the process of selling the contents and we close on house on 6/20. Coach is parked at nearby lake where "Slabman" is keeping an eye on it until we reposition. Will update as life progresses! Woo Hoo!
