I know that the Entegra Group is scheduled to arrive on the 14th and I anticipate that we will use the caravan entrance. However, is there a specific time for the group to arrive to queue for parking? Any other details we need or should know?

I am going to wing it. We plan on staying an the state line on the 13th and head for Perry the morning of the 14th. I'll just ask when we check in where we are to park for the Entegra group. Hope I am doing it right after reading the FMCA booklet.

I thought I saw somewhere that 1030 is the show time but I could be mistaken.

Hopefully the Wagonmaster weighs in to clear up.

We are prepositioning close by the night before and looking forward to seeing everyone!

ECOA website says March 14 @ 9:00 a.m. but I am not clear as to where to meet.

Additionally, don’t forget to register at the ECOA website.

We will be at Fair Harbor RV Park & Campground the night before so that we can make it on time.

Chris do you have a park lined up? Which one?

We will be at Twin Oaks RV Park in Elko, GA. It's about 10 minutes from Perry.

We made our reservation about 3 weeks ago and I think they were filling up with others doing the same thing.

Their number is 478-987-9361.

They were full. We had to stay in Cordell. Pretty sure we won’t be making the 9am bell!

We booked River Park in Valdosta. That's a 360 mile day drive for us. We should be in Perry late morning of the 14th with a 124 mile drive from Valdosta.

Just a note on a couple places close to Perry if anyone needs a spot. Southern Trails in Unadilla(13 miles south) at exit 121. They rate was $20 a night. Not sure if they have fees and taxes to add to that or even if they are still offering that rate. It is an ok stay, but not the best. Stay away from the Shady Acres next door to So. Trails, unfortunately the new owner has not treated the place well. Wish I still owned it, you could all stay for FREE! It was a work in progress when we sold it in '15 to buy a commercial building for other businesses.

Also the Southeastern Arena(Horse venue) located just to south side of So. Trails, has a few full hookups spots and lots of electrical and water only spots. Look them up on the Inter web for contact #. You may have to leave a message and they will call you back. Bob is the owner. A bit moody at times, but overall a good guy. If they have an event scheduled, they may be full.

One other mention is the Veteran State park just west of Cordele. Nice state park, no sewer, spots are tight, but doable. Also unsure of max length. If there, you would be about 25 plus miles to Perry fairgrounds. But is an easy, mostly no traffic ride.
