Texas to South Dakota round trip, 6.9 mi./gallon. A lot of headwind so I am not complaining.

mpg can obviously be impacted by speed. Just curious what speed you all are typically driving?

We live in Ohio. I know many of you may not think this is cost efficient, but I paid $2400 for a years lease at a place called the RV SPA. it has 50 amp service, and gas heat. Anytime it looks like a nice day, and we want to go joy-riding over night somewhere, we go to the spa, pick up our MH and go.

I know it may seem like a lot of money, but no ice, no freezing. When we go to get our MH. It's warm, starts right up, easy to check tires and fluids. I just feel it is worth $200 a month for this. Also, during this winter months, if you want to start a project inside or out, no problem. Since we aren't full-timers yet, the MH will sit unused for a month or so, so it's not in the hot sun either.

Since I'm the one who started the off topic chain . We pay almost $200/mo. just for covered storage with 110 power. To get the type of storage you have would cost us $350/mo. That was a little too rich for our blood. But it sure would be nice....I'm jealous! (of course, we also priced building an RV garage that would make it past the review committee for our subdivision....that made $200/mo. look very good!)
