Mark, are they still using the ISX15 (2013) for the 2018s or will those be the new X15 (2017) engines?

So far the Spartan chassis spec sheets show the ISX15 but these are labeled as 2017 engines. 2018 sheets aren't out on the web yet. The new X15 and X12 are two different engines so I'm not sure when they will debut in a Spartan chassis. I have a call in to Mike Butler at Spartan to see if I can learn more.

The 2017 emissions engines will in fact be designated the X9, X12, & X15

Yep, the new X series is in all of the 2018s as well as a few straggler 2017s that were built late.

I'm with you, Gary. On my annual trip for a month to Ouray, Colorado, I visited with a fellow that had a new Newmar Dutch Star. He had trouble with alignment and operation of the full wall slide. Newmar DID NOT or COULD NOT fix his problem and he felt that their service was much less than satisfactory. I have always wondered if buying an over million dollar Foretravel could bypass some of these frustrations. I did also notice, however, that I would have to buy a 2008 or older F.T. if I didn't want to spend any more than for my Aspire... And frankly, I have never wanted a full wall slide coach like the Newmar's...
