Ralph, As a suggestion and my experience with Lazy Days. Call a week and then a day before your scheduled appointment. I have problems with them being over booked and no room to put me for my scheduled appointment, inside bays or Crown Club parking.
It might be different if Entegra scheduled the appointment.

In the middle of snowbird season, that is the most impossible place I have ever done business with. Our last appointment scheduled for Oct 21 (2 months before snowbird season) we waited 3 days in paid parking, 2 days in the Crown Club and never got into a bay....we left and never had a phone to even say "sorry". That is the type of dealers that cause PDI's to be so long and the overnight success of NIRVC.

Thanks Chuck, but with due respect it was NIRVC that pushed me into trying an alternative.
One being finding a local service guy, which I did and Two having to go to an "Authorized" Entegra Dealer for "safety re-calls". NIRVC in Dallas has a working relationship with Entegra but do not fall into the Authorized Dealer category. Hoping for the best with Lazy Day's but I have learned about pre follow up on scheduled Service the hard way and will keep them on speed dial before arriving.
