It might be all of the new LED's I am putting together an order to add the 2015 slide LED lights on my 2014. The price of LED's have tripled since I did the basement and steps a few months ago. I still can't figure that one out.

That is a hefty price increase for a few months, you did well on timing your order. As the demand continues to increase, along with the cost of materials, so will the prices.

I noticed the same thing. Almost a $7000.00 price increase since we ordered our Anthem in August. Which by the way we hope to pick up Tuesday. We had a slight delay here at home.

I just figured new build cost, took off my discounted purchase price.... the difference between my 2014 and a new 2015 was $7,000. I didn't think that was bad for a year newer coach and the many additional features in the 2015.

So, speaking of pricing, I have a question. We are seriously looking at prices now on the Entegra Anthems and have been browsing through the MHSRV website. They have the MSRP price listed, then the "Regular Price" listed. Below that is the "Call/email for Sale Price". When it comes time for negotiating a price, am I correct that we can negotiate our 28-32% off price from the "Regular Price"? We are looking at going full-time this summer and almost at the point of finding the coach we want and going to the negotiation table.

There should be no prep fees from what I was told by Entegra, that was part of what they paid the dealers to do.
We had the same situation as Chuck, the dealer wanted $600.00 at closing but since it was not on our signed buyers agreement we refused to pay and like Chuck they made a couple of phone calls and "Bammm" it was removed! Al

Oh okay. So by the looks of it MHSRV has already taken about 30% off of the MSRP, which in turn would leave only a little bit of negotiation power for the buyer. Well I guess every little bit helps, right?

I think you'll find the MHSRV takes around 25-26% off as regular internet price, they knock that to about 26-27% when they send you a price with the email, and you can do a couple % better, depending on the point in the model year, current stock, and how much they want to compete with the other big guys. JMHO

I agree with Dave. 30% is about it give or take one or two percentage points + or ~. If a trade is involved well throw the baby out with wash! It ain't gonna favor you!
