My wife and I are about to pull the trigger on a 2021 Entegra Vision 29s. We went over the coach yesterday and test drove. The Entegra website and additional advertising, specsheets etc, all mention a 6 way powerseat on the driver's side. The unit we we are about to move on did not have it. While driving it seemed to hold my knees up too high and I could barely reach the pedals. At the time we thought it may have been an upgrade option for the powerseat, but all indications say it is a standard item and should be there.

I emailed the dealer about it and so far their response has been that with the supply line shortages some coaches are being delivered without certain features and the MSRPs are being adjusted accordingly. The problem is the MSRP has NOT been adjusted to reflect this change.

My question is has anybody else experienced this and how did your dealer resolve the issue? Besides the seat, we really love the coach, should we still consider going through with the purchase?

If you read the fine print in most brochures it will say something like "specifications subject to change without notice." I think this is one of those changes. If the seat is not there I would ensure that the wiring is there in case you want to upgrade. The seat is easy to get, the wiring harness, not so much. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, you are correct, the fine print is there. To the good, the wire harness is there! We have to decided to work with the dealer and get a new power seat ordered for it. My guess it will be more comfortable than whatever was originally supposed to be coming from the factory anyway. We are still very exited to be getting this coach. Beside the goofy seat, it is a great unit.

I had problems with the seat edge placing pressure behind my knees also and I have the power seat. It just wouldn't go low enough. I removed the seat mount pedestal, cut out 1.5" of height and welded it back together. I also peeled back the seat skin and took a bread knife to the foam and cut down the front edge a bit.

Point being, you might want to make sure the power seat is going to give you the relief you think it is before you spend a lot of money on it

Thanks for the suggestions. This is why we are going to be looking for an aftermarket seat to install in its place. Hopefully it will be a better seating position.
