Entry Door Lock actuator broken?

Our 2018 Anthem 44 B has been having problems for a few months on the Entry Door Lock.

Everything works fine with Key, However, the Lock will not work with the Vega Touch, Lighted Key Pad Door handle outside nor the key fob any longer.

As we had posted previously... we hear a clicking at the Trimark box when we try to lock/unlock the entry door.

Some of you posted our problem might be....

TriMark Box, Connection to door or Broken actuator...

We talked to Entegra and the TriMark box manufacturers and Firefly and all parties said they believe everything is working on VegaTouch and TriMark box since we can hear clicking at the box...

SO....this leaves broken actuator maybe as our problem...

We are wondering what is involved in getting to where we can see the door lock actuator.... As we stated before we are NOT mechanically inclined ....

Any help would be wonderful!!!

There are 3 screws with star heads on the inside of the door latch. That will remove the inside cover and show you the lock mechanism. However, since you stressed you are not mechanically inclined, I would suggest you find someone that is, since you are messing with your only access in and out of the coach!

We thought maybe we could look and see if that is our problem or not and leave repairs for Service call.

Check the two brass contacts on forward door frame. Everything electrical goes through those contacts to lock-unlock door.

As said by Rollin check the contact on the back of the door. Make sure the ones on the door line up with the ones in the door frame. I believe they can loosen and not be lined up thus not making contact.
