The Trimark won't get reset from the "salesman switch", it runs off the chassis batteries. I have one that in the past exhibited some weirdness and a power cycle did the trick. Not sure where the Trimark is on your coach but on my '17 its under the access panel on the passenger side of the dash. I think the newer coaches also have the head unit for the Riverpark system in there too so it is probably pretty crowded. In any case the power connector is marked on the Trimark label, pull it out, wait a half a minute and put it back.
If no joy, suggest you start by putting a 12 volt test lamp or volt meter on the door jamb contacts (not the door itself) and triggering the lock/unlock. You should see a momentary voltage spike. This might be hard to see on a digital meter so a test lamp is better. The polarity will be reversed for lock vs unlock.
If you see momentary voltage there the trimark is good and the problem lies within the contacts or the door actuator in the latch. If no momentary voltage then the problem is with the Trimark or the wiring from the Trimark to the jamb contacts.
You said you can hear the relay clicking in the trimark so my bet would be on a wiring issue. Sometimes the terminals in the white molex connector bodies get pushed out so pull each connector and make sure all the wires are fully inserted into the connector.

On the back side of the brass contacts the wires are held on by plastic nuts. I've had mine to split and quit making contact. Replaced with metal nuts( forget the size) and no more issues. The key fob and the keypad would not work when this happened. Luckily had the spare keys in the toad.

Changing the little round battery in the fob seems to have worked for us.

Yeah check the battery, also check the antenna wire on the trimark. It's just a thin black wire exiting the case with no connector. Make sure it's not tied up in a bundle. Sometimes rerouting the antenna will improve the range.
Also try holding the keyfob pressed up under your chin while pressing the button, makes your body into an antenna and improves the range. Probably kills a few brain cells too but you probably have plenty of extras.
