We have a 2018 Anthem 44B

This past week the Key Fob and the Vega Touch no longer open the door. We can only open the door with the key.

Both the Key Fob and the Vega Touch make a clicking noise when we try to open but nothing happens on the actual door lock.

Our cargo bay doors still work with Key Fob and Vega Touch.

Any ideas?

Turn off then back on in about 30 seconds 12v power and see if it resets.

We tried the 12volt reboot and still nothing....

We can hear the controller switch box working underneath the dash... but now no sounds nor action coming from actual entry door.

Any ideas?

Does it lock and unlock with the keypad on the door handle?

Good point. I had an email from a forum member that his were barely making contact on his new coach and to check mine. Mine were making good contact.

I recently had the same problem. I could hear it operate, but nothing would lock or unlock. in side the handle the actuator rod came out of the little plastic holder on the lock mechanism. I reinstalled and it worked for a few days and it came apart again. Reinstalled and zip tied it and it has held for now.

Same problem here. Turned out to be a bad trimark. Replaced it and it works from the key pad fine, but the fob itself is dicey. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't

We haven’t found the problem yet....

Husband watched ballgames this weekend and didn’t get to the door...

We did clean contacts to door and that didn’t fix our problem, 12 volt reboot didn’t fix it.

The Cargo Bay locks still work on Key Fob and Vega Touch so we think the TriMark box is still working. We can hear the clicking in the TriMark box when we try to unlock the entry door but we hear no sounds from the entry door now.

If we have to look for actuator do we remove screws from inside latch area on door to access?

Thanks to everyone for the help....

Hope this isn’t over our heads to fix... may have to get service call...

Check the trimark manual in the bag of books and see if there's a troubleshooting section.

You and everyone on this site are a lifesaver!

We will check the Tri Mark Manual and 777 Driver link...

We are afraid to take apart the door while we are no where near any service help in case we run into problems and we are not very mechanical inclined!
