Entry Door Window

Our entry door window looks like it is separating on the edges. Entegra has looked at it and advises it’s not impacting the integrity of the window—but we think it looks horrible. Has anyone else had this issue? Would love to hear your input! Debbie

Matt we’re here for our 2 year, I’ll have a follow up conversation today. We have a 2016 Anthem. Window is supposed to have a thin (maybe 1/8”) clear edge on the outside—when you blow pic up you can see the abnormalities. I used the analogy it’s like having a $400k house and getting a front door from Good Will.

I agree, that looks terrible and should be replaced. Are you still under warranty?

If you had purchased at scratch & dent prices then maybe living with the window would be okay, but my guess is that you paid dearly for a new and beautiful coach. A new window is definitely in order.

btw, Entegra replaced 3 of the windows on the passenger side. 2 were delaminating and on 1 the frame broke. Also, they had to replace the pilot window because the manufacturer hadn't put the weep holes in correctly. Seems like windows might be a problem.

Here (if I did this right) are two photos of the glass rim. Don't have any of the entire window, just the examples. Entegra first said it would not be covered as there was no leaks, needless to say the window was replaced and I did not pay for it. NOTE - The replacement windows are a little wider and taller than the original.

We had the same issue on the toll window and it was replaced at homecoming last year. Now the toll window had a case of "snap crackle and pop" as we drive. Not happy...
