We had a rattle start about 2 hours after leaving the factory.
When we stopped for fuel, I looked underneath with the cover extended. A large nut had come off where the air line connects to the step extender/retractor. I just screwed it back on and the rattle stopped. I was able to do this with just my hands, no tools required. There is a slight gap, but no problems with dogs falling through. Our Bichon will throw her ball down there when she gets bored and wants to play.
We also had a bad rattle in the generator door. It was fixed at the factory. The pin holding the door in was substandard, our generator actually slid out several times. The guys at the factory put in a different pin, problem gone.
