Equalizer Alarm Wont Go Off

Hello fellow Entegra owners. 2019 Anthem 44B. All stabilizers are fully retracted verified by visual. Ready to depart and alarm WILL NOT GO OFF. Very loud alarm I might add! Equalizer powered off ignition on. Error light on the EQ display panels is blinking "Ignition On" Anyone else have this issue? TIA

Try rebooting 12v with the salesman switch at the front door, or the drivers console.

Sorry to hear about your issue. There is a float switch on the pump assembly. Try jumpering it with a wire or paper clip and see if it turns off your alarm.

So there is an actual "float" in the jack pump reservoir??? Can I get some more detail on where that wire is??? TIA!

Have you tried doing a retract-all more than once (even though the jacks are fully retracted)? For me, sometimes it clears the confusion in its brain.

You said that the jacks are fully retracted verified "visually". Did you try putting something underneath and push/pry up on them? I know a couple people who had that and discovered that one of the jacks had stop just short of hitting the limit switch. They put them down, cleaned the shaft and lubricated it, then it went up and the alarm shut off.

When fully retracted, if there is low fluid in the reservoir an alarm might sound.

This has happened to me twice. Each time I removed and disconnected my control panel, sprayed the panel connections and wire connectors with CRC contact cleaner spray (which everyone should carry in their tool box), extended the jacks, retracted them, and the alarms went away. Going through this process also effectively resets the 12V electrical input.

Personally I believe it’s your driver seat alarm going off. The seat alarm will sound if your leg rest is not retracted all the way or your seat is not locked in the forward facing position. Food for thought.

Recently had this happen to me....check to make sure your battery disconnect/breaker switch for the equalizer system is not tripped...try resetting it regardless...
