Esteem Satellite Prep question

Quick question for Esteem owners...just ordered my 29V and the brochure states "Satellite Prep"..I was just in a 30X at the local show in Jacksonville and did not see anything related to a prep. I can only assume an extra cable located in proximity to the digital antenna...My thinking since I am gonna do some sort of in motion satellite is to remove the digital antenna and place the dish in that location as well as relocation of the tv in that bunk over the cab...

Good info on multiple threads on here...just curious on the "prep" question from current Esteem owners.

I have a 2019 29V. Satellite prep on mine simply meant they provided a coax outlet in the power bay to which one could connect a carry out dish to. Installing a roof mounted Winegard Travlr dish required running cables from the central coax connection point (where the antenna booster is) to the dish on the roof along with a lot of other stuff I didn’t understand. I have all 3 TVs running HDTV through a hopper and 2 joeys. I’m glad I paid to have professional installation.

Appreciate the feedback...Gonna start calling around about install...Just not sure who I would trust in my area. I have Directv at home so it makes sense to see if I can get some add on to my policy as far as receivers. I was just going to consider removing the digital antenna and using that slot for install of a in motion dish as the same coaxial would be used and I really do not care about picking up local tv wherever I am at..I am pretty handy so I may assess it all before I give up...
