Exceptional PDI/AIR Service!
We are very happy to report our Annual Inspection Report (AIR), formerly known as the Post Delivery Inspection (PDI), was exceptional. Every aspect of our experience was exceptional from our initial communication with Master Scheduler Dani, with Stacey, our AIR customer service coordinator, and Jim, our service technician. Entegra successfully addressed everything on our list and found a few additional items from their list. We were very pleased and met several owners during our drop-off trip and our pick-up trip. We had a blast with parking lot social distancing get-togethers. Our 2018 Anthem is our second Anthem and we were exceptionally pleased with both AIR/PDI experiences.
