Exhaust tips again.

I replaced the tips on the genny and aquahot today, the new ones recommended by this forum are amazing.

And the main tailpipe looks especially sad in it's rusty pitted glory.

I've read everything I could find here, without finding anything that seemed to work. I looked at magnaflow 35188, it appears to start at 4", then expands to 5", I cannot see room for that. My oem 4" pipe is touching the fiberglass now.
Also looked at Gibson 400413. That one looks "self clamping"? rather than a band clamp. And the picture doesn't change when I select 4 in 4 out rather than 4 in 5 out... So who knows what the actual thing looks like.

This is a 2017 Aspire, 450HP. The exhaust tip is 4" diameter, 12" long, and attaches with a 2 bolt band clamp.

If you look in the Classified under Vehicle/Accessories section of this form and look for "Tailpipe Extension" for sale by rtexter posted on Thursday July 28, he has one for sale for $50.00 plus shipping. I purchased three shade motors from him and he was great to deal with. I think this link will bring you right to it:

Well I received that Exhaust tip Saturday. Even came with some Spartan paperwork a receipt and a TSB about the exhaust burning the dust flap.

It's not right, not even close. straight not turned down, kinda squished on the end so the tip is wide and flat. Kinda looks like what was on the classic's, maybe?

I've searched year's worth of posts, some people think they can put a 20" long turndown in place of a 12", others are somehow installing a 4" ID pipe in place of a 4" OD pipe. Others claim to use a pipe that's 4" on the attachment end and grows to 5" (it would solidly interfere with the fiberglass rear cap)

This is the same exhaust tip used on all Anthems and Aspires with the new rear cap. 2016 to current. ISL9 engines. It is 12" long to the center of the turndown, 4 inches OUTSIDE DIAMETER. It's installed to a pipe that points down at a 30 degree os so snagle, and installed so the turndown point out, such that it doensn't blow road stuff on your toad.
Mine is not the only one covered in rust, someone here must have replaced one before.

I'll call Spartan and Entegra Tomorrow, but I'm not about to pay $500 for a $50-$100 piece of pipe!

Here's 2 pics of mine removed form the coach, next to the one rtexter sold me.

I carry a spare I got from Spartan a few years ago. H-P Products Inc. Label a bit tattered but looks Part # 0199-LL2-099. Spartan part # 0199-LL2 -009. Last 3 are different.
