Xite Radio does not display the exterior temp. We have updated the Xite radio and have done the 12 volt reset. Thinking the Exterior temp sensor is bad. Where can I find that sensor? TIA!

I believe it’s mounted in the front near the genset. I can email Entegra Monday morning to see if they can give an exact location. Was it working before your update? If you remove the SD card and reboot the radio does it show up?

That could be the problem. Remove the SD card, down load the Rand McNally "Dock" software and do an update. Don't know if the xcite is on it or not, but the RM is due for an update on the 19's. Do not let to much time pass as this is the last free update. This will also register the GPS in you name if the previous owner did not register it.
