Disclaimer; this setup works on my 2015 Anthem. I'm not sure about other models/years.
Like many others here, I try not to drive at night for two reasons.
First, I'm retired and not in any hurry to get anywhere. When I was working, every day was a vacation day and we wanted to maximize our vacation time so we drove a lot of miles and at night. Thats no longer an issue.
Second, the headlights on my Anthem suck. There was a dark rectangle right in front of the driver's side that drove me nuts. Adjusting the headlights helped but they still sucked. So, I avoided driving at night.
Now for the fix. My lower beams were Xenon lights. That means there is a ballast in the power to the bulb. I replaced the Xenon with LED but you have to buy LEDs that are compatible with a ballast. These are totally plug and play. This is what I purchased;

Fog lights: I replaced the fog lights with LED. I've read where others said that the LED light has to be a H1 socket but that's not true on my Anthem. Mine are H7. Once again, just plug them in and you're done. This is what I bought;

High beams, I didn't bother with high beams since I very rarely use them.
The difference isn't "night and day" but they are significantly brighter and better than what I had. I drove a few thousand miles since I did the upgrade and not once did anyone flash their lights at me.
It works for me but YMMV.
