Firefly Lighting Switches “Crazing”

While browsing the many different motorhome brands prior to purchasing the Cornerstone, we noticed several brand new units with “cracked” light switches. At the time, we thought maybe they were using “lesser” quality switches on the “lesser” valued coaches. However, we have replaced lal the original ones already, and they are crazing again (See pic). You cannot feel it, as it is actually the backside that is cracking, but it “sure ain’t purdy”. What worries me is we are running out of warranty, and so far they don’t last 6 months without failing.
Has anyone else had this issue, or do we need Light Switch (etc.) Operating Course 101?
I’m hoping I attached photo correctly?!

Sue, unfortunately that seems to be the nature of these membrane type switches.

Our seem to be pretty robust and we haven’t had any issues, yet.

I’d contact FF and see if they have a newer better version available.

I just sold a 14 Anthem with no problems and the switches were use a lot. Are you pushing the buttons hard? Just a light touch is all that is needed.

My 2014 switches are still okay. I have one or two switches showing some wear. They are the ones my DW uses a lot.....you know with those fancy fingernails.....

The ones I use a lot with my fat fingertips are just fine.

Just saying.
