Took out first long trip, and third overall, to the Smokey Mountains in Oct. Great trip but the MH did not perform well. Lost the ability to use the jacks after the first day, no power to the control panel. Third day, the fwd slide would not retract. Mobile repair guy said the motor was bad as he could tap on it and the slide would work 1 out of three tries. The slide problem also "solved" my stove and oven not working. The first day they worked great, but the day the slide wouldn't retract, I tried the stove and no gas. Once we got the slide in, the stove and oven started working. Looks like a pinched line in their when the slide is out. Finally, the black tank heater attached to the underside of the tank with spray glue, fell off on my return. I didn't lose it but it won't go back up. Entegra said to have the repair facility replace it. I have an appointment for Dec 10 to get them all fixed. Not a good showing for Entegra.

Sorry to hear about your problems. On our 13 week shake down trip our camera also stopped working along with the side cameras that are tied to the turn signals. They were both powered by a 15 amp fuse that had blown. Fuse is located behind knee kick panel below steering wheel. Easy fix after you find it once. Panel pulls out real easy. Good luck. Dropped off our Esteem to MHSRV in Alvarado, TX on Dec 10. Had a list of all these items plus a couple cosmetic issues. Will update this post when we start conversing with the repair center.

Sorry to hear you have problems but join the club. Have 2019 30X which is in the shop since Oct as it is nearing warranty ending next April. Over the past 2 seasons we had a number of issues, jacks failed (wiring fell off), alignment needed, awning lights (2X), water leaks (lines not tight), shower drain disconnect, seat cushions, driver seat not aligned to steering wheel, power step sensor, DVD player failed, side cameras replaced due to fogging, blinds shake off, furnace quit when 3C...etc. Many things I fixed my self because dealer is useless and unit was in shop more than used.

Soon after jack problem, I crawled under the unit to see wires hanging down. Took tie straps and tied up all the loose wires. While under there, find any water lines and tighten every connection (they will leak eventually). Then, get under the sinks and hand tighten every connection, make sure faucets are tight, they shake loose.
