I would guess $1.05 million! But keep in mind, no two Newells even of the same are the same. So, depending upon the options, it could be more!
I have the Build Sheet for some 2007, 06. They were 1.2 to 1.3 million.

It is located on the front and rear toward the bottom of the slide wrap (the part you can see when the slide is extended)...or you can look at the control switch and see if it says HWH or Valid.
I could probably list lots more like the big electric element in the aqua hot which can keep you warm in sub freezing temps without burning diesel.
Ours has a garbage disposal in the sink and a mini instant hot for tea / coffee at the galley sink.
Ours also has a leaf and extension cushions for the dinette.
The one you're looking at is probably like the new ones...no awnings over the slides.
Ours and most have street and curb side sewage dumps.
The 2004 probably has a pneumatic entry door and a fancy drawer type step (ours doesn't)...both are really nice!
Air leveling is also awesome if I haven't mentioned it already...you can level up the coach when you're having lunch at a truck stop and such.
We really love our Newell...I cannot hide it!
All the fancy toys come at a fancy price though...repairs aren't cheap but you can do lots yourself if you are handy. Many of the things you use are standard household items...I got a new keyless door lock off amazon and it's a household type.
There are however more people to help and to service Entegras than Newell. Miami is the best place for Newell service but it is a long ride and lots of petrol from Florida (where we live).

What year is yours, if I may ask?
Thanks

😄 Congratulations! You got a super equipped good looking coach! I know you did your homework and it was a tough decision. I bet you love the Newell and you saved enough money you can easily fix the issues you know will come up on a coach that age but you know you have a solid, well built coach in a Newell and there will not be structural problems that would be a major expense. Enjoy and hope to see you guys on the road!

Dear Ann and Gene - It isn't bought just yet! The pictures that have been posted in this thread are NOT the one we put a deposit on. We placed a deposit on Coach #776. It's a very late 2006 (one windshield) coming in as a trade-in for a new 2017 Newell. Wouldn't you like to be ordering a custom ordered 2017?!!
We will see it in person this week. Newell Coach had already planned on bringing it to Indio (Palm Springs area for those who don't know the area). Newell sends techs out to Indio each Winter to take care of Snow Birds. We live nearby in Rancho Mirage so it works out perfectly. We'll check it out and see how the coach is in person.
From there...we will hit up Paul Evert's to look at new Cornerstones on the way to the bar before finalizing anything.
haha...
These are not easy decisions.

First MH Entegra or Used Newell
😃😃oops! Cart before the horse. Picts are at the Foretravel factory, not Newell. Definite advantages dealing with the folks that built the coach. Well..... Good luck, what ever that may be, in Indio and comparing to a new Cornerstone AND that sounds really handy. Keep my fingers crossed for you guys and still secretly hoping you join our Entegra family😄. Keep us informed and I promise not to jump to any more conclusions!

New vs Used. 2016 Cornerstone 45A vs 6 year old 2010 Newell. Look at the pics. What would you prefer to wake up to?

Ours is a 1999...no stress about asking. I updated my signature to show.
The people at the factory will tell you the new sticker price but not what the original buyer actually paid. They will also give you the build sheets and "blueprint".
The 2010 model may have a 2 yr warrantee and definitely has tag axle steering, which is AWESOME!
