Flashing red on touch pad

The half bath touch pad in my ‘21 Anthem started flashing red at top of pad. Everything works, voltages all read good on VT, and no other touch pads are showing this flashing red.

Any ideas on cause and what to do about it?

Do you have Tecma toilets

Do you have the Tecma toilets? IF so, the Tank Sensor may be the problem, or the Black tank may have something stuck inside the tank, near the sensor that is located outside the tank. Usually the light stays red, so flashing is something I haven't experienced!
Try cleaning the black tank using the flush unit in the wet area.

Thanks, different touch pad. The flashing red is on the Firefly control pad for lights, fan, shades.

Don't know about the Firefly system, but the Spyder panel on ours is similar and the flashing red indicates a system error communicating with the panel.

Try 12v reboot first. If still flashing red, remove the panel and plug it into the port in the bathroom fuse panel. If it is still flashing red, there is a problem with the panel.
