Flexsteel Couch

I purchased a 2019 Entegra Anthem DEQ new...great decision! My dog jumped on the Flexsteel couch and ripped a seat cushion. This occurred last October, since that time my coach was at the factory for service. I talked with anyone who would listen regarding my couch. I offered to pay whatever the cost, even though I believe the couch should withstand a dog jumping on it. Now I understand that because Flexsteel is out of business I am SOL! Recently Entegra contacted me and said they will send me matching fabric so I can have an upholstery repair shop recover it.

Can someone suggest a shop that can repair this cushion?

Any upholstery shop in your area will save shipping. Google upholstery shop and check the Google revues. I used a local shop and he was better than factory.

I had a somewhat similar problem in my 2001 Monaco Dynasty and I simply found an auto upholstery shop in Bossier City, LA ..... just one of 30 in this area that had a good reputation for their work, and they did a very nice job on reupholstering my couch. You dont need someone who just works on motorhome upholstery.... any good shop should be able to help you out.

And your news about FlexSteel is certainly not good news for all of us owners with FlexSteel equipment in our coaches.

Not that it matters much, I guess, but Flexsteel is still in business. They recently announced they would be exiting the RV seating business, so I think they will still have to honor any remaining warranty on seats they made and sold to the coach builders.
