Found the fix for the Nebula App after the App update

For those that have had to update the Nebula App to the Vega Touch by standing at the Vega Touch to preform the update, I finally found the problem with app not being able to connect remotely again.

When updated the app defaults back to connect "locally" and not "Remotely"
I had to unpair my phone, repair and find the setting "connect remotely". The phone has to be set on the coach wifi and not the Winegard. If left on Winegard, it defalts to connect "locally" which was my problem Changed both the Vega Touch and the app to "remotely" and I am now able to monitor the coach at hone again.
What a chore to find that glitch. It was EC kicking ideas around on Firefly's product that we got it working. Firefly was of no help as they do not answer phones when I was at the MH.
The app is still very slow to connect, but at least it is connecting again. I miss the time it use to just pop on the screen, but it looks like those days are gone in my area.

That happened after one of the Vega Tough updates. My Nebula app use to jump to life, now it loads like an old Window 3.11 computer.

Glad you got that issue sorted out Chuck.

I got lucky and did not have that issue. I will be on the lookout for it though.

I have noticed the Nebula app sometimes takes longer to connect remotely.

If I get frustrated with the wait I force quit the app from my iphone or ipad then launch it again. That seems to help a little. (To force quit just swipe up from the lower left side of the screen, then pick the app and swipe up on it).
