I have had this happen a number of times this winter. I talked with PJ a couple of weeks ago and he said that the O rings go out in the valve you turn for either tank fill or shore water. He said too much water pressure can cause this failure. I have an adjustable water pressure valve which is set to 52 lbs. I wouldn't think that is excessive pressure, what do you all think?

I asked last year and Entegra said they test the water system at 60 psi, so I don't think 52 psi would cause damage.

On our coach it IS (was) the park water pressure. Install a Watts pressure regulator and get rid of the problem.

That was another one of the problems on our returned coach. I was informed my valve was installed too low which would have caused a siphon. Mine was leaking with only a 1/3 of a tank of water and no fresh water hose connected pressurizing the system.

I'm sorry, it was the fresh water tank over flow. Passenger side, in front of rear wheels.
