Entegra did finally install a low point drain for the fresh water tank. It is on the P/S just in front of the rear wheels with a shut off valve. Mine was broken on delivery and leaking. At least I found out what it was.

Curt, FWIW, I fought the same thing on the TS for years and all I could do was open the drain and flush the last 2 inches that stay in the tank. It is a pain, I know, and it wastes a lot of water.

Chuck.
Have you personally tested this low point drain to see if it in fact drains the entire fresh water tank?

Not personally tested, but it was explaned to me by Ted Cook, what it was and that Entegra did finally add a low point tank drain. I did test that it does drain water and the new valve does shut off.

Good to know, I thought that valve was the drain for the washing machine.

Well I guess they finally did install a drain in the bottom of the tank. About time! Noel

That's better than my dealer....."there are NO drains on that side of the coach" The large diameter drain just in front of that one with a rubber boot is the washing machine pan over flow drain. I found out about that one with a leaking washing machine hose. I learned about all the new drains the wrong way but at least I can pass on the information.

Naw, I still have the pass in TN to pull. Oh you mean with the MH yes, it looks like ALL of the problems have been taken care of and a week at the factory and Spartan sure helped. Spartan preformed magic on the steering problems. I am looking forward to the pass in TN and see how the Entegra compares to the TS. I have pulled that many times before so it will be a good test.

Chuck, when do you expect to get home? We are leaving South Florida for Indiana tomorrow morning, will be somewhere in GA tomorrow night. Maybe we could meet up? If you want to try to meet, PM your phone number to me.

Chuck, I'm glad Spartan was able to get your steering problem straightened out as my trip there accomplished nothing. I was told from a Spartan manager that Ted was involved with some of your fix so I'm sure that helped. Enjoy your trip I'm sure TN will be a breeze! Steve

Would like to know what problems you have with your coach chassis that Spartan could not solve.
