Front av not reading a signal

Frustrated
Rear tv loads the dtv and reads a signal from the dtv. Front doesn’t get a signal. All hook ups are correct. I had tv last time we used it.
Any help?

Check the HDMI hub connections in the basement. I think they call it a matrix now. I have had loose connection on the basement hub before.

It might be the matrix. Check to see if the main tv is set on sat. Use the small remote with 4 buttons. Hit main 4 times (wait about 10 seconds each time) to cycle through DVD, SAT, Excite, and aux (?). If still no luck, go downstairs and make SURE that it is looking at SAT. If it is and your TV source is HDMI 1, then the problem is elsewhere.

As it turns out, the basement matrix was the culprit. I switched the dtv and blue ray hdmi’s and loaded the blue ray through vt. All tv’s are working now and Entegra is shipping a new matrix out.
Maybe this thread will help the next guy
