On the air lock. I had Entegra fix mine BUT it was not fixed. The plate that is bolted to the door. Loosen the three bolts and put an 1/8 inch thick spacer behind it. Then tigjten the three bolts. This gives more contact to the air latch. Works great now.

During our AIR in August, the service center did the spacer fix (1/8"); however, in our case, it was actually a bit worse - weird... Thanks,
