One Firefly wall touch pad on my 2014 Anthem is not lit and will not work. It contains buttons for the front slides and the front shades.

Is there a fuse or breaker for this touchpad control panel?
Is there a way to reset this control panel?

The other touchpad in the front as well as the 2 touchpads in the rear of the coach are all lit and working properly.

This occurred following a 12 volt interruption.

Try the 12v power switch at the front door reset first. If that does not work, remove the switch panel. There is a test port in the bath fuse panel in the lower right hand corner. Not knowing your model, mine was in the 1/2 bath on the 14. Plug the switch panel into the test port, if it does not light up, the panel is probably bad and will need to be replaced. A power surge can short the panel out as will static electricity. Firefly 547-825-4600

I see after digging you have a 2014 Anthem (add to your signature)
Building on what Brobox says... while looking at your fuse panel you can look for red led lights which will indicate fuses blown...

Chuck,

Reset the 12V a couple of times. Didn’t work. I am unable to remove the control panel. The wire is short and, as hard as I tugged on it, I can’t get to the connecter to to release the panel. I hope my slide room remote works to retract the slides. But first, a new battery for the remote (MN21/23).

If my slides and shade do not work I have to reset a fuse. It is in the inverter compartment. I don't have the same RV as you but this might help. I called my manufacturer and they helped me out on the phone.
