I just point the remote at the front tv and hit source button, then scroll. Still figuring mine out as well.

On my front TV, there is a single screw, on the bottom center of the TV that keeps the bracket secure. Looking under the TV and looking up behind it, I can reach mine with a driver, and I can remove that screw, and the TV will pull away from the bottom a small amount to allow me to get my hand behind it.

Be careful to not lift the TV, or it will come off the bracket it is hanging on. That is how I remove the TV to get completely behind it, if necessary, and it is not that heavy, just have to un-plug everything.

Not 100% sure yours is the same way, but take a look and see if you see the single screw.

This is how we get the front TV down on our 2019 Aspire.

I just did it, as stated above but you need someone to hold the TV as you make the connection.
