And trust me I'm no huge fan of lazydays. NIRVC Atlanta treated us pretty poorly a couple years back so I'm no fan of theirs for sure.
That is the first encouraging words I have heard about Lazy Days since 2013. Maybe all of the negative posting from so many all of these years finally helped someone out. I still have not received a letter of apology, a phone call or a public statement like Brett Davis does from anyone at Lazy Days. I made phone calls and sent emails to the General Manger of LD after refusing deliver of my 14 after LD had 30 days to correct it only to make it worse...never a response. That is about as bad as it gets from a dealership.
If Brett Davis and company ever treated a customer like that, I would imagine they would move on as well.

When you have as many employees as Lazydays, NIRVC, or any of the large multi-location RV dealerships, it’s pretty much inevitable that some employee is going to disappoint or anger some customer. What distinguishes the first-rate companies from the pack is what senior management does about it once they’re made aware of an issue.

When I lived in southern California years ago, there was a guy named Sam Winston who operated a large multi-location tire dealership. He ran some pretty entertaining commercials on the local TV stations, one of which really stuck with me. The video showed a careless technician inflicting some sort of damage on a custom wheel that had been removed from a customer’s vehicle, then proceeding to put the wheel & tire back on the vehicle as if nothing had happened. At that point Sam appeared on the screen saying, “If that guy worked for me, he wouldn’t be working for me.”

The senior executives at NIRVC are some of the kindest people you could ever hope to meet, but don’t let that fool you into thinking they knowingly tolerate sub-par performance.

Larry, I have to totally agree with your statement. I have referred a few people to NIRVC.... all have thanked me for the great deliveries.. I have never referred anyone to Lazy Days and many have thanked me as well.

During our travels this summer we made two scheduled warranty stops at two different NIRVC locations, Atlanta and Dallas. Both times we were expected and the work was performed in the amount of time promised (including a couple of issues that were discovered). The service writers did a great job of communicating and we were very satisfied with the work. It was our first visits to any NIRVC facility but it certainly won’t be the last. I suspect I know where the next “last coach” will be purchased.

As I thought would happen, Brett Davis has already reached out to Fqberful regarding his statement that there was a problem with his service at Atlanta NIRVC. I believe that happen a soon as the post was spotted, which was probably day one. It has been 8 years now and I am still waiting for a return email or phone call from Lazy Days.

Stay close to the phone Chuck - they'll be calling any day now!

Larry, That just might be the best joke of 2021.

Well,
Based on this thread I scheduled a visit to NIRVC Phoenix for service.

Had a great experience. Took 2 visits because of parts delivery issues.

Some items are still undone because of SUPPLIER parts delivery.

As such Phoenix will be shipping the parts to NIRVC Atlanta where I will be later this year.

Unfortunately, NIRVC Atlanta is not answering my several phone requests and internet "contact us" requests for a service appointment over the last 3 weeks.

Does Atlanta really do service?

Is there a secret password I need to use?

Anyone have a direct email or phone number to a service advisor in Atlanta?

Hi There, I am the Sales Manager in Atlanta. Can you PM me your name and phone number so I can get you taken care of? Thank you!

Yes, just express your frustrations here. NIRVC is pretty good about reaching out when someone has a problem in this site.

You are correct, took all of 45 minutes from my post to actually talking to a person and getting scheduled.
Thanks Chris and Wu (Woo sp?)

They have been excellent for me. When parts are late, they roll the delivery over to my next visit. In my case it was from Texas to AZ which worked flawlessly, and now I'm working on an AZ to Texas. We'll see how that works out in April.
