Eddie, how long to take to receive the card following your PDI? Kathy & I purchased our Anthem 4/4/14 and it has not arrived, but we have been away from the stick built for two weeks.

I took delivery on April 29th.

Wow, we closed on May 5th and the card just arrived!!!!!!!!! Time to hit the road!!!!!!!!!!!

How long did it take to get the gas card after purchase?
