Tor, I would try the battery cut off switches first. It worked on my dash problem and was easy. Surprised Spartan didn't say to reboot the chassis in my situation.

Today I did the SCM (Spartan Control Module) reboot to see if it would fix the issue. I followed all the directions Spartan gave me but it did not fix my issue. I am not sure what to do next. I am thinking there must be a sensor somewhere that calculates the MPG and that there could be a sensor issue. I am also wondering what are the chances that the display itself is faulty. Every other mode and data is correctly displayed so that gives me pause on the display itself. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Any advice on how to reset/correct the system?
Thanks, Tor

Have you tried to just push and hold the down arrow button to reset that Trip 1 indication? I have a different year/model Entegra but when my trip 1 appeared I pushed and held the down arrow until it reset to 0.

Tor, I went through a dash clearing code on the 19 that had to be done by a shop that had the Spartan software. I went though my old posts to see if I could find the name of the software and I could not. I had my ATC code cleared by a front end shop that had the software. They had to download the patch for the new digital dashes, so I am guessing the regular software would clear the pre-digital dashes. Any shop that does Spartan work should have the software. Palm Truck Center and Fl Spring and Axel both have the software. Spartan will have the name of the software required. Just call around or ask Spartan for a shop in your area. with the software

The strange thing is when I use the menu to check for codes or faults nothing comes up. I will probably take the coach in to a Spartan shop soon and let them figure it out.
Appreciate it all the inputs from everyone.

Quick update on this issue. I contacted Spartan, PJ with Entegra, and the manufacturer of the display. Everyone was very helpful and I appreciate that very much. No one could tell what the issue was right away but after some trouble shooting by Cummins in Houston, the problem was identified. Cummins had a spare LMC, Display Unit, and when they swapped it it worked as it should.
So if you should ever see several "9"s on your display, it is likely the Display Unit that is faulty. The unit cost about $700.00 but is very easy to replace.
Sincerely,
